Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't do with the platform, so it stays clean and reliable for everyone.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses TrackBooth, including customers and the partners and team members they invite. It supplements our Terms of Service. Using the platform means agreeing to these rules.

1. Scope

You are responsible for your own use of the platform and for the activity of any partner, JV or child account you create. Configuring access does not transfer your responsibility for how the platform is used within your network.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use the platform to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, including advertising, gambling, consumer-protection and data-protection rules in the jurisdictions you target.
  • Promote offers that are fraudulent, deceptive, or that misrepresent products, payouts or terms to end users.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, run phishing, or facilitate any other malicious activity.
  • Promote content that is unlawful, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors.

3. Traffic & tracking integrity

The value of an affiliate platform depends on trustworthy data. You must not generate fake clicks, leads or conversions; use bots or incentivized traffic where prohibited by an offer's terms; manipulate attribution, caps or rotation to misrepresent performance; or send traffic that violates the allowed publisher types and traffic channels defined for an offer.

4. Content & offers

You are responsible for the offers you create or promote and for ensuring they comply with advertiser terms and local law. Offers with eligibility conditions, minimum deposit, allowed geos, approved channels, must be run within those conditions. Misrepresenting an advertiser, product or payout is prohibited.

5. System integrity

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other accounts; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization; circumvent permission or field-visibility controls; overload or disrupt the service; or reverse-engineer the platform except where the law expressly permits it.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action proportionate to the issue, including warning you, restricting features, suspending an account, or terminating access. Where activity is unlawful or causes harm to others, we may act without prior notice and may report it to the relevant authorities.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing the platform, contact [email protected]. For security vulnerabilities, use [email protected].
