Last updated: 1 January 2026

This page explains how the TrackBooth name, logo and brand may and may not be used. Our trademarks are an important part of our identity, and these guidelines help keep them clear and protect against confusion.

1. Our marks

The TrackBooth name, the TrackBooth logo, and related brand elements are trademarks of TrackBooth. Our rights in these marks are reserved whether or not they are marked with a trademark symbol.

2. Permitted references

You may use the TrackBooth name in plain text to refer to our products and services accurately, for example in a factual statement that your company uses TrackBooth, provided the use is truthful, not misleading, and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

3. What is not allowed

Without our prior written permission, you may not use our marks in your own product, company or domain names; alter, distort or recolor our logo; use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement; or use them in connection with unlawful, misleading or disparaging content.

The TrackBooth logo may only be used with our permission and in accordance with any brand guidelines we provide. When permitted, it should be shown in its correct form, with adequate clear space, and never modified.

5. Third-party marks

Other product and company names referenced on our Site or in our materials are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

6. Contact
